Illiterate person.
The man is unlucky who has been left illiterate and his parents, his state and the society in which he lives never thought of him and gave him proper education. And the parents must see that they are fulfilling their duties and they are providing proper education tot heir children and similarly the state and the society must see that every member in the country is fully given proper education.
We must know that proper education means the child be put up in a school where there is a play ground, a stadium, a swimming pool, a community hall, library, laboratory, canteen hostel, workshop and the like and the child is given proper seating arrangement. The schools which do not provide all these facilities shall never be giving proper education. And if the parents are not in a position to get admitted their wards they must limit the strength of children at their houses or the state must take responsibility for providing proper education to the children. The child must be taken as a gift from the side of God or the nature and it become duty of parents, society and the state to see that the child shall be brought up in such a manner that he or she shall become a useful citizen of the country where he lives and it is possible only when the child is given proper education.
The countries who are not looking after the children properly shall be facing criminals, drug addicts, smugglers, dacoits, thieves, drunkards, terrorists and rioters. And the countries which had not been providing proper education shall be facing all these difficulties and they shall be at a loss because they shall have to make expenditure on higher side and had they taken care at proper time, they would have been better placed and they could write their name in the list of advanced countries. The countries where illiterate people are on higher sides, shall never become advanced countries nor they shall be honoured in the society of advanced countries.
