I am a successful product of a drug & crime infested, low socioeconomic environment. While in high school I suffered from the “just do enough to get by syndrome”, which plagues many youth today. I knew that there were greater abilities lying dormant on the inside of me, but I was ignorant of how to harness those abilities. Moreover, due to the Grace of God and determined parents, I found myself enrolled into a four year university. During my freshman year of college, I had an academic epiphany. I discovered the keys to unlocking my God given abilities and became a 4.0 student during my undergraduate and graduate matriculation. Today at the age of 25, I am a high school science teacher and I will begin working on my Ph.D. in education in August 2009.
As a result of my educational success, I am compelled to give back and help youth realize the magnitude of education. Therefore, I have written a simple book to help students all across the world. Becoming an All “A” Student: The Quick & Easy Guide to Getting a 4.0, is an uncomplicated easy to read book. The book gives students the essential tools needed to construct academic success.
